I work nights and the lovely neighbor behind me has 2 brittany spaniels he keeps in a pen for apparently \his piece of mind\. The female of the 2 barks constantly and when I called animal control they explained its up to me to go to the animal control office, fill out the forms for a citation, pay a fee to have them served and then within 2 weeks they will serve the citation...WTF????????? I am a taxpayer, dog lover and pay my freaking taxes with my pay check every 2 weeks whether I want too or not. OKC can kiss my A because they suck, the police won't do anything but strut around, the animal control office won't do their jobs..Its to the point that a steak marinated in anti-freeze will be thrown over the fence just for MY piece and quiet.
