If I could give them 20 stars, I would. As a single mom, Spontaneity has given me a new life. I’m so thankful for consistent, dependable, safe, loving Childcare whenever I need it! My kids love it and I always know they’re in good hands. I also feel like each of the girls that work there really care about the kids in their care And go the extra mile to make them feel safe and welcomed.

My newborn is on oxygen and they kindly took care of her for two hours. The girl at the front is super sweet and friendly! The kids walk Yup to her and love on her! Makes you feel good about leaving your own... only 4 stars because she mentioned that they changed diapers every hour and my baby didn’t get changed the whole two hours while attending. Not upset... just didn’t like picking up a super wet diaper baby.

5* CUSTOMER SERVICE. I haven't taken my son here yet, but plan to this weekend. I just wanted to comment on the customer service. Extremely prompt and answered all of my questions in detail! Part of their website was down, but i saw you could call/text this number at any time. I wasn't in an area to call so i text some questions and got an immediate reply, not an automatic one either. We text back and fourth a few times until all of my questions were answered. I really appreciate this level of service. Our friends regularly use Spontaneity and recommended them. I'm looking forward to the benefits of a membership here.

We love Spontaneity and even more importantly our grandchildren love it too. We have used their care on a few occasions while we were keeping our grandchildren when our work required us to leave the kids for a couple of hours. Our daughter had used them before so we felt confident in taking the kids there. The kids were excited to go, which was a great relief and when we picked them up they reported having had a good time. We trust Spontaneity.

People think this place is a “relief,” because they want extra time, but their staff is unqualified, and not educated. When a child needs food, they fail to give it to them. The director is in it for the money and the money only. She treats certain ethnicities better than others and is very prejudice. My child cried and cried while here. The staff goes on their phone and texts. They do not care about your children. It’s a show. The staff plays the blame game. They all hold together as the same ethnicity and will stab you in the back while they don’t engage your child in educational play, or even feed them properly. Be careful here because they are all about the money and your child is secondary while their staff is not educated, the director is running a financial scam. The State needs to watch this place and very carefully as they are an offshoot of an amazing place. They pretend they are healthy but if your child wants food or to use the restroom — they will deny and they will carefully find one weakness in your family and extort it. In any other State this place would be watched and shut down. They hire family and friends to cover up their clear negligence. They will video tape and give an isolated video tape not showing their negligence. Let’s check the degrees and education of the director and staff. They get their staff to huddle together under the umbrella of their family/friends. If you are not the same race or ethnicity -/ watch out. This woman has it down to a science. Children are crying and not happy. This is the worst facility I’ve ever experienced and she is using children for money.
