I paid for the portable hot tub and got a text confirming my order and said they would let me know when it ships. No word since and now the website said they have stock problems. I had to search to find that part out. No answer when I called. I want my purchase. And a response would be awesome. Please. I moved to a different address and no one to change the information for my shipping address. Please someone contact me!!!

We were in OKC for the first leg of a long-planned trip out West - my father-in-law (a Vet with mobility issues because of wounds) and the rest of us had been looking forward to the trip for a long time. Unfortunately his scooter had a serious problem and it was Memorial Day Weekend. We finally reached the owner of this store and he tried to find us a place to get the scooter fixed. When we could not we called him back and, on SATURDAY of Memorial Day Weekend he made a special trip to the store, had us meet him there, and fixed the scooter to save our next 18 days of the trip! There are still some good folks in the world and he is one of them. We are all very grateful. P.S. Those of you who think this is the hot tub or pool place have it confused and a different, rip-off website. Youor reviews are just wrong.

Just got off the phone with the owner of this company if any of you veterans want a scooter do not I repeat do not go through this company the owner was rude he kept speaking over you which he will do interrupting you like a motherfuker and he gives all kinds of excuses to not submit a claim for the veterans for scooters I finally had to hang up on the guy because he wouldn't stop talking and complaining... PUNK!!! When we first came into the store last Thursday you told my wife that you guys would in fact submit the claim we called you guys to find out the status of the claim Tuesday your son said they hadn't even looked at it he would get back to us then he got back to his saying he couldn't do it so there's a double standard you said you could then you said you couldn't I just called you today asking if I bought something third party could you at least help me to file a claim if that was allowable now you're talkin about fraudulent activity when clearly the issue was you guys telling us you could do something when in fact you couldn't do it at all this information gross and brain cells

My dad was visiting from out of town. We planned on attending the OU Football game and I knew that he could not walk that far. So, I rented a scooter for him from the Electric Scooter Store. I called ahead and had it reserved. The paperwork was easy to complete. It only cost 75 for the weekend and there was no deposit. The manager demonstrated how to use the scooter and how it collapsed so that it was easy to store in the car trunk. The scooter operated perfectly. It had a battery life that lasted all day. When the need arises in the future I will rent from this business again.

We ordered a small pool from here and they confirm Ed my order and I've heard nothing since. It's been about 3or4 weeks now and still nothing.
