Poor packing. Tenants speeding The building are numbered in a very confusing way. Very clean and nice buildings. Accessible to several shopping centers and a major hospital. Some tenants were kind to stop and give me direction. Over all more good than bad.

For as much as you pay there is very little concern for the residents. The water is shut off every other day, the property is not very well taken care of (I.e trash, need to salt, SO MANY pot holes) , vital information is provided last min. (I.e rent adjustments, power restoration) and administration is slow to react to issues/concerns ( I.e maintenance, water stays off all day) . I’ve payed less at places where people seem to care a lot more.

Before you move in, please be warned: This apartment complex is too expensive and unreliable. I moved in June 2020 for a *renovated* loft apartment for 849/month. Here is a list of all the maintenance problems I have endured: - A broken A/C unit (in the summer) - A broken hot water heater - A broken dishwasher - A consistently clogged garbage disposal - A broken washing machine - Broken kitchen drawers - Lightbulbs that don't work - Overdue filters And much more... I have assigned parking that has been used by strangers multiple times, which the complex does nothing to enforce assigned parking, even though they sent out memos saying that they will tow anyone who violates. The receptionists that work there never communicate with the property manager, so nothing gets discussed properly. There is only one good maintenance worker, and it's the maintenance manager. My apartment was dirty upon moving in. Past residents' hair still clogging the upstairs sink, hair entangled in the carpet, botched paint, barely cleaned appliances, and so on. I have lived in multiple apartment complexes in OKC, and this is by far the worst. Please don't waste your time here.

Everyone at this property has been amazing. I am moving into a sister property and one of the leasing works at both properties. She has been amazing helping when I was struggling with the website. Amazing manager and other staff who work in the office.
