Recently we purchased tile and wood flooring from O'Krent Floors. Our sales person was Mike Ackley and he was excellent. Mike is personable, detail oriented and CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED. Mike made great suggestions, provided critiques, and was the reason we purchased from O'Krent. Everyone we met at O'Krent was personable and made you feel at home and comfortable during the selection / purchase process. Tile and wood floor choices can be overpowering. Some stores just let you roam around and never make suggestions. Mike was an integral part of our selection process. Once we made the decision to purchase, Mike was in touch with us providing updates. Nice touch. Mike stopped by our house to make sure all was well with our purchase and assured us that O'Krent stood behind all sales and quality of material. Nice touch. The scheduling and installation process was flawless. When the time comes for us to purchase tile or carpet in the future we will make one stop......O'Krent Floors.....and ask for Mike!

At first, the staff brings you in with smiles and charm, but never really followed through. We went for an estimate for a house that we were about to close on. They were very accommodating when we went in on a Saturday and told us they could go to the home on the following Monday. Unfortunately, we ended up backing out of the house but quickly found a new house. We contacted O'Krent to see if they could come out for an estimate on the new house and he quickly said that day wouldn't work, but never followed up on asking if other dates could work. The sales associate was very cold after our first house fell through and never responded after that. Will never recommend O'Krent flooring to friends or family.
