I have used this place several times in the last 7 years. We had the ball joints replace on a E450 truck at 119,000 miles around 5 years ago. Took it in last week for a DOT inspection, they said the ball joints were bad. It currently has 142,000 miles on it. That means it only had 23,000 miles on it. They would not warranty it. They only give a 2 year or 24,000 mile warranty. I have seen modern vehicles go 300,000 miles with replacing ball joints. A good shop would have taken care of it. I have done business with them many times and have spent close to 20,000 in these last few years. This is how they treat you. I will never use them again and will never recommend them again.

We have been using Anderson Automotive for 10-15 years.. They have performed regular oil changes on both of our vehicles, and performed major repairs as warranted. They are professional and for someone that is somewhat knowledgeable about car repair I trust them for their honesty. Would recommend as a very reputable auto repair business.
