Terrible experience!! There were quadruple (!) charges for the transaction I made (transaction was over 200 dollars) on my debit card on 08/08/2020 and it is still not reverted (10 days passed already)! We are talking about almost a thousand dollars unexpected charges vs 200 charge! Dealing with the store manager (Jeff) was a joke. Jeff told it was a MASS OVERCHARGE that happened at Bed Bath and Beyond. Talking about potential overdraft of the account and the fees that follows! (thinking about the other people) The Store manager promised me a few deadlines already (all passed) and no changes: refunds were NOT placed on my account. Another manager (Ashley) was reluctant to give me her name when I went to the store on 08/12/2020 with my receipt and banking statement to prove these multiple charges (as the store manager (Jeff) asked me to do). She was covering her name on a name tag with her hand and placed her long hair over it, and refused to answer the question of what was her name when I asked for it (I was taking notes at the store). I was promised by the store manager (Jeff) that all multiple charges will be reverted by Monday, 08/17/2020, and it did not happen. Today, 08/18/2020, I reached out again and heard from different manager on-duty only the apologies (the store manager was out of the office). The apology will NOT revert multiple charges on my account!
I ordered a toaster online two weeks ago and still have not received it! It said it would be delivered in 7-10 days and still havent received it. I couldnt find any tracking on it and when I called customer service I was on hold for an hour and they were not very helpful. Will never order anything online again from this company.
