Bud Brown is definately your one stop shop for everything VW in the Kansas City area where everyone is treated like family. My one regret is that I'm limited to only 5 stars for a rating scale.
Steve is always cordial and quick to get a service appointment scheduled. If a maintenance action item is discovered beyond what the original appointment was for he contacts me. Steve explains what needs to be done, why, and what my expected cost will be. The service department at Bud Brown Volkswagen has always been great from my experiences.
Best car buying experience I have ever had. Drove from out of state to pick up my Atlas and from start to finish everyone was helpful and friendly. All the paperwork was waiting for me when i got to the dealership and i appreciated that since i was with my 7 month old. Mike was even nice enough to play some videos on his computer for my baby while i was signing the last of the paperwork. They aren’t pushy and very accommodating with what i wanted to look for and my trade in.
Had about as good experience as you could buying a car in the USA. The salesman was friendly and the process was executed relatively quickly without anything which annoyed me. There was the traditional upsell but that is to be expected and was easily declined. Much the best dealer experience I have had recently and I would recommend this dealership.
