I purchased an Aluma trailer from Croft and was extremely pleased with the customer service and support. Aluma missed a few details at the factory when building my trailer but the team at Croft got everything fixed and worked around my schedule and location. I needed a new axle on my mobile coffee trailer since I bought it used in one of the wheel bearings seized up and I lost a tire as I was traveling. This is a major piece of my business and I needed it done as soon as possible. I had the trailer hauled to Croft in Kansas City Missouri just off Truman. It was dropped off about 11:00 and they said it may be 2 to 3 days before they could take a look at it. Later that day they called me and were able to get it in and looked at. They we're recommending a new axle as well as they noticed that I did not have lights on it yet. Having had struggled with the lights prior I asked if they could do that as well. they said yes and would call me when it was done. The next day they gave me a call and let me know that all the work was finished. They replaced the axle, installed two brake lights on the back, andwand on safety chains which the trailer did not have. When I went to pick it up I plugged the trailer into my truck and the lights weren't working. I was fully aware that this was an issue with my truck and not with the trailer. I asked if they had somebody that worked on cars and they sent a team member out. In 10 minutes he ran a couple tests discovered that I had two blown fuses and replaced them and had me on my way with the lights functioning and my trailer back and running order. If I ever need anything trailer related I absolutely will not go anywhere else other than Croft!
WOW, what a treat to be treated so nicely, called several other competitors, these guys were the friendliest and able to get us in the same day. Had a little issue with the bike rack to fit in the NEW HITCH, they invited me to the garage, show me the issue, we discussed it and agree and things turned out great! Prices were the best in Olathe.
