Courteous and professional service... I appreciate the prompt response.
First experience with this company years ago was good. Had a rep come out last winter and paid 200 to find air leakage within the home. Indicated he could correct the situation and would send us the results. Two weeks later said he couldn't help. Followed up four times to get the results in writing and all I got was a promise each time until I finally gave up.
This place was designed for box trucks not 53' trailers. I won't be coming back.
