Very bad customer service. Will call you back when they want to sell you something but once you buy something...good luck. Sad as really a big fan of my purchase but will be finding another dealer for anything else for sure.

We used another dealer/service provider for years before getting frustrated and deciding to try Heritage. That was about six years ago. Since then, I couldn't be happier. The service is great and always timely. All of the guys at the parts counter are incredibly friendly and very helpful. And their salesman, Joe, is very personable and will always listen to what your needs are and help you find the right machine, rather than pressure you into buying something else. Heritage provides an all-around great experience.
