I just want to say that the guys who work in this Hertz office provided me with simple, easy service. They picked me up and dropped me off so I could get a rental car to replace mine, which is in the shop being repaired. Billing was easy and service was great. My rental experience was by far the easiest part of the whole insurance claim and having my car fixed. Thanks!
Hertz called me a week before my need date to confirm time and place for pickup and that I had requested a pickup truck. On the day of pickup, they were 20 minutes late so my body shop gave them a call, they had no record of needing to pick anyone up. They then took another 20 minutes to get to me. While driving me back to the rental place, the driver was reckless, took a corner to fast and sharp, and lost control of the vehicle. When we finally got back to the rental place, I was told they did not have any pickup trucks available and didn't know they needed to get one. My original order was for a pickup truck. This was the first time using Hertz and will be the last time.
The overall service was excellent and the car was very nice.
