I just had an interview for an entry-level electrical engineer with Hipower at Olathe. Worst interview I had in my life. Engineers I met, they seem friendly but the CEO I met, he is the worst human being. Very disrespectful, he will tell you, if you don’t learn fast, you will be fired. He expects you to work 60 hours and more a week as a start. Working there seems so stressful. Every time I ask a question, he talks to the engineers in Spanish and laughs, then answers my question. They will treat you bad if you are in an entry-level position at the company. DO NOT waste your time if you are looking for an entry-level job because they will treat you badly and make you stress. I am saying that based on what the CEO said to me. He is unprofessional, he cuss a lot when he talks. Every word that comes out of his moth has to start with the F word. I can not believe he is the CEO of the company.

Called for some help on some issues with a customer's fleet of units acting up. The service phone number would just hang up as soon as you got through. Of course the sales line works, I'm sure they love selling them, just not taking care of customers after the fact. I had sales put me through to service, just got voicemail. Been a week and no call back.

Unorganized manufactury with a lot of mistakes, you'll get there with full energies and get back with a bad mind , the team in the floor was helpful and friendly but administrators persons were very bad with them suggesting and owner had a hate speech for his workers , the most person that I liked there was miguel
Worst place, unorganized, you'll come with so much energy and will be down from the terrible management, Alejandro is the worst person you will meet in your life, this place is in a big mess.
When I left it was very unorganized and unfair.
