The service is great but the staff at the location are never friendly or helpful and the City doesn't have a good website that allows you to search and go directly to the HHW site, book an appointment or call the location. You have to dig through their City website and it should be about readily accessible information especially when it comes to on-line. I know they think their process is good, but compared to the County's HHW website it isn't and the fix is easy and would serve the community better.

Well organized, efficient hazardous waste dropoff. Don't even have to get out of the truck. I make a trip every couple of months.
