Most of the people here are courteous and friendly. But some of the pharmacy techs act like they are annoyed by everyone. Sometimes people will answer the phone by just saying \pharmacy\. Not a hi, hello, how are you, thanks for calling the olathe pharmacy how may I help you. Just a monotone voice saying pharmacy. Cheer up people. You have a job. Be greatful.
