I highly recommend Lawn & Landscape Solutions! Our back yard had severe run-off from our rear neighbors' yards, which was damaging our garage. We noticed from their website they'd done excellent work elsewhere in Brookside-- one down the street! -- and called them asking for an estimate for a retaining wall. We paid an upfront design fee, which was later deducted from the project total. Their design team was quick and thorough, and we iterated over four designs, balancing cost and aesthetic, until we arrived at happy medium. Jamie was a great help, outlining options and explaining the work. The estimate was detailed and easy to follow. Everything was incredibly professional. They didn't pressure us at all for a commitment, which was lovely considering we were about to have our first child. Once we saved up and the weather cleared, we paid a deposit and we were scheduled very soon after. I had no idea how difficult putting in a retaining wall would be. Over the course of 13 days, Peter and Ricardo worked (often in light to heavy rain) to excavate, repair, fortify, build and plant our amazing new backyard. We have plans to have a fence installed later this year, and they even worked with our fence contractor to place tubes for the posts. While the estimate was thorough, one of the things to keep in mind-- and Jamie told us this might happen-- is that change orders happen. In our case, we wanted the wall to be a bit higher, and decided the patio could use an extra foot or two of space. We also opted to add some of the plants from the original design we'd put off until we saw the wall. In each case, Jamie sent a change order with costs which we approved. In short, there were no surprises when the work was completed and we paid the balance. Their warranty one everything is also clear and appropriate, though I doubt we'll need to exercise it. All in all, Lawn & Landscape Solutions did a wonderful job. We're so excited to enjoy our new back yard!

In this day and age, it's nice to have a business do what they say they will do. The folks and Lawn and Landscape Solutions were professional, courteous, on-time, on budget, and did exactly what they said they would do. Could not ask for anything more. We've worked with Lawn & Landscape for 5 years now. They've handled virtually every detail of our yard, including lawn, shrub, tree and bed maintenance; landscape design; and irrigation management. The entire team is outstanding, but we've especially enjoyed working with Sean Baxter, president of the company. He's super responsive to questions or concerns, and has been a great partner on some of the design improvements we've made to our landscape. But, to be sure, the entire team is top-notch. We're entering our sixth year working with them and can't imagine contracting with anyone else.
Wonderful job on adding several landscape features in my backyard to address persistently muddy areas. Reviewed my concerns with me in person and assessed the problem, and then presented a recommended plan and estimate. They did exactly the work that was agreed upon, kept in touch with me about the project, worked very hard to finish it efficiently, and I love the great results and how it looks. Thank you!
Loved working Lawn & Landscape on creating our new patio!!! They were all great to work with and had really good ideas and suggestions. Would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.
