Highly recommend the burnt ends great flavor and texture. The mac & cheese is rich and creamy it pairs perfectly with the smokey flavor of the ends. The owner always strives for excellence when it comes to service. He's been able to meet our catering needs even on a large scale with multiple delivery points.

This truck is always sparkling clean with amazingly delicious entrees. It's a toss-up between the burnt ends chili & Mac & cheese with pulled pork to be my favorite go-to! There's a perfect blend of sweet and smoky, regardless of which meat you try. And the funnel cake fries... Don't even get me started!! I love how they give back to the community in so many ways as well!
Their food is amazing and so quick to come out of the truck! They are truly an amazingly run food truck with wonderful people behind the counter! Favorite truck in town!!

Had the pleasure to try these guys out tonight at Transport Brewing! Fantastic! The rub is the perfect blend of sweet and hot! The sauce was right on! Smokey, sweet and hot like Kc bbq is meant to be! The owner was fun and personable and had a blast meeting him! If you see their food truck or need catering.. give them a ring !

Mr. Bevis BBQ is by far the best BBQ I have had in a very long time, they have definitely surpassed all others with taste and quality. The BBQ rubs are an absolute must have if you love a variety of tastes, I wasted no time getting all of them and use them whenever possible. If you're looking for amazing BBQ you need to give Mr. Bevis a call! A must try!!!
