I guess if you are buying something new, this place is ok, but otherwise, avoid this place like the plague. I took in two trophies. The first was an ongoing trophy and I needed a nameplate to annotate this year's winner. I also brought in a smaller trophy as an example of what I wanted the second trophy to look like. They acted like it was no problem. When I went back, the new nameplate on the first trophy looked NOTHING like the rest, so I'm having to get it redone. Then, the second trophy? Well, they just put it on a totally different base and had the nameplate different. When I brought it to his attention, well for the first one he said, \We can't do that type of nameplate.\ Really? You couldn't tell me that when I dropped it off? And for the second (remember, I brought in an example of exactly what I wanted) he said, \You didn't say you wanted it exactly the same\. I guess a white base and a black base are similar??? Just don't bother with this place. There are too many other trophy shops in the area.
