No prices on shelves or products, which made me have to ask the sales girl how much something was that I was looking at. The price she told me was 21. Then charged me 60. It doesn't ring up on system, she had to put the price in. I didn't notice that I spent 39 more than she told me until I had it set up the next day. When I called, the manager didn't say I was wrong in what happened, but, did not offer an alternative except store credit. I offered to split the difference in price but he still declined. I am not a complainer but if the customers satisfaction is not one of their objectives, then why would I go back? 2 stars for the cute puppies though.

Wide variety of animals the kids can pet and hold. Large variety of dog food. A employee in the reptiles section is really passionate about his critters! He was very helpful, took the extra time to explain to my kids about each animal.
Total attitude from cashier tonight when I told him the price was different in the shelf. It isn’t about the money. Stock your shelves in the appropriate places and when a customer brings it to your attention don’t be snotty about it. Apologize and once you saw it was your mistake correct it and honor the price on the shelf. The young man behind the counter today around 5pm seemed inconvenienced just when I walked up to the counter in the first place. Hire people that know how to provide good customer service.
Best place to play with the cutest puppys. Great staff, and lots of animals to play with.
Staff were friendly, and the dogs are healthy beautiful puppies. The person who is doing the pricing is HIGH out of their mind. I'm talking 3x higher than other inflated pet store prices. Don't fall in love with a pup there. Although they'll be sure to offer you financing when your jaw is on the floor from hearing the price.
