We have been so happy with Quick Service over the years. They are friendly, fair and trustworthy. When we first bought our house, they responded quickly when we needed them during a heater breakdown in the middle of a bitter cold winter. And now that we are on the regular maintenance plan, they have been equally fantastic to work with. This local-owned business always makes us feel like valued customers, and we feel confident we are in good hands with them.

I was told my options when I first called about the pricing between an emergency visit, or a regular visit, which could be done next day. I was not home myself at the time of the visit, but I was called with details on what the problem was, a quote to fix it, and payment options. The price for the part replacement was low to mid range of what I had seen elsewhere, and the job was done within a few hours (for what seemed to be a pretty serious issue). They were very transparent and helpful.
They are very reliable. They go over the problem in detail and are never pushy. I have been using Quick Service for a number of years and they have always done a great job. I have confidence in their work, but they are becoming quite expensive. Which unfortunately makes me consider alternatives.
Ryan came out and did a tune up on my furnace and humidifier. He was very knowledgeable and friendly, and the price for everything was very good. I will definitely continue to use Quick Service.
Our A/C went down on a Tuesday afternoon. I placed the call to Quick Service and spoke to Shannon, and they offered to have someone come that same evening, but at the after-hours service charge of 175, which is a bit high. Instead, we settle for 10-12 pm the following morning. So I received a call from Shannon first thing in the morning, that they had a cancellation and someone could be at the house at 8am. The technician, Ryan, arrived promptly at 8:05 and got to work. Unfortunately, the repair work was not covered under warranty, but Ryan got us back up and running by 10am. My dealings with them have been very timely and prompt.
