This practice is awful. Nobody answers the phones it just rings and rings. The front desk people are not professional either.

Top Drawer medical advice and methodologies that resulted in a positive outcome. The hematologist at Quest casually mentioned on two separate occasions without prompting that the tests ordered \were by far the most detailed and comprehensive blood-work series she had ever seen.\ So I get home and look Dr. Pagano up. Harvard Medical School. He never mentioned it, nor is there a diploma up that I saw. So if you are looking for treatment based on the latest medical research as examined through a Harvard lens, look no further. Yes, there can be a wait to get to a receptionist desk. No place is 100% perfect all the time. I will wait from time to time when I feel like I'm getting the best medical treatment available. Results are what count to me !
