I was only in town for a few days but needed a men’s haircut, these ladies are open until 9pm. Walk ins welcomed. They fixed me right up, plenty of parking, cool little building, lots of products inside. I’d go back. BatesX3 from Kansas City.
Butchered my son's and my wife's hair. Same woman. Made us pay full price for two horrible haircuts. Both my wife and son left in tears. Since Jane left this place is going to the dogs. I mean if the customer is not happy then try to fix it, offer a discount, or offer it for free. Like what happened to good customer service. One of the stylist did come over and ask my wife if that was what she asked for and my wife said no. But then she walked away and didnt offer any further assistance. The stylists next customer looked at my wife and asked for someone else or she was leaving. All they offered my wife was their high priced products that can \help\ manage the shotty hair cut. But those were not offered free. My son now goes to Lyons in Avoca which is straight up awesome for guys. And my wife will be looking for a new place after today. Be very wary of this place. Not what it once was. Sad!
