Really nice guy. I asked Rick for an estimate to do flying squirrel removal. I would have hired him but after reviewing the project he found that the job required removel of my gutters and carpentry that he said he didn't have the crew for. He gave me some very helpful tips on deterrents (for the woodpeckers who were making the holes for the squirrels). I SO wish I could have hired him. He would have been even less than his competitors, too. I highly recommend that you give him a chance to quote your job.

Rich was awesome! Really knows his stuff. We had a family of squirrels living in our attic for months. They were noisy, destructive and never paid their rent! We called RF Wildlife and within 48 hours; we were squirrel-free. Extremely knowledgeable and confident, Rich understood their behavior and routine and was able to trap and relocate them humanely. I called RF Wildlife to come out because I found snake skins in my utility room. Rich came out the very next morning and did a thorough inspection of my home. He identified all the points of entry, gave me the options to addressing the problem, and explained how to be proactive for future deterrence. Even though he was there for snakes he walked my property and pointed out some coyote activity. I am brand new to CT with two small dogs and I couldn' be more grateful for this information. He really knows his stuff and he was patient with all my questions of topics far beyond snakes. You can tell he loves what he does. Rich is going to be on my speed dial from now on! He came every day to check the traps and was dedicated to shutting down the party of raccoons, possums and squirrels we had in the attic and elsewhere! Once convinced they were gone, he sealed us up to keep everyone out and the best part is, I never had to be home. We were able to come up with a system that worked for both our schedules which made this whole process so easy for us. When that groundhog comes out of hibernation in the spring-- he's in trouble because there is no one else we are going to trust with our wildlife issues. Thank you RF Wildlife!
Rich is fantastic. He was at my home within 30 minutes and took the time to determine best possible approach for my wildlife problem. Tended to traps daily and provided me constant updates. Will use him again and again and highly recommend.
