I can not thank the staff at sunrise enough for their support in transitioning my Father and his wife into long term care. My family has been faced with one of the most difficult times in our life as we struggle to deal with the rapid decline in the health of our parents. Megan, Jennifer, Annmarie and Zelma have gone above and beyond their call of duty to assist with the move including advocating for us with the case workers at the hospital that was so negligent with my fathers care. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. I can rest easier knowing that my parents are in good loving competent hands.

Their team communicates with my family regularly in regards to my moms day to day activities and needs. I couldn’t be happier!! Thank you!

I had a great experience with Sunrise. I was dealing with my mother's declining condition and really being pretty bewildered about what my options were when it came to finding a long term place for her. I met with Vicky at Sunrise and it was really the first time anything about the process was explained to me clearly, including what services were provided, the cost, making finances work, and the procedure for making it all happen. I left that meeting feeling better than I had in a long time. Vicky was also great about following up and answering some pretty detailed questions that my family had. I really liked the facility as well, but, ultimately, my mother's condition changed and it became a bad idea to move her from where she is (which is thankfully a place I'm happy with now). But I was really impressed with Sunrise and Vicky and I appreciate the help (and sanity) they provided.

My mom stayed here for a month as respite care, we hoped she would stay as a permanent resident. The care staff was great. The physical facility is above average. Mom did not care for the food; bussing of plates and cleanup of tables after they were vacated was very slow which left a very poor impression. Response time for assistance requests were slow a little too often. We were less than impressed with the administrative aspects.
