Been filling my many tanks here for years. Never had a problem, always professional, friendly, and safe! The neighborhood can exact a toll on any business - homeless, drug users, and thieves roam the Westside. Obviously there has been a history of that here, and we will open carry right along with the owner while there. Safe with propane and safe from others as needed.

I have been going to get my propane from Don for about 2 years. I find that my 20# bottle costs a couple dollars less than the 15# bottle you get at the exchanges (those are also 20# bottles - you are getting robbed of 5#). Don is extremely through, safe and professional. I don’t find him grumpy at all. I find him to be very safety conscious and humorous. If you find other then you probably did or said something that caused him to treat you that way. Treat them with respect and they will treat you with respect. Also I find their prices are the best in town and consistent. I will continue to support them as long as I need propane.

If you don't have thick skin then take your twisted panties else where. I was given it straight that I was misinformed and was about to make a deadly mistake. I was given the correct vital propane information for my project. I will continue to give them my business

The owners of this place are absolutely rude and have no since of humanity. When my car broke down to where i couldn't drive it I got my car in the parking lot where it wasnt in the way of their business. The man owner came out and asked what was wrong and I And My mechanic told him . the man then said get off my property now and I'm calling the cops. As I tried to explain that I can't move the car until we put the is peace on the car he said i don't car and stormed off.. I would hope that he could understand my situation but instead he was rude and had no self respect or respect for others

Went there yesterday... cost just under 20 bucks to fill my standard sized tank to a full 20lbs not the 15lbs you get at an exchange. They also said 5% off for cash rather than credit.

Well, Dustin (reviewer below), I will wear my panties however I wish to wear them, but thanks for the advice. This guy at Old Town is completely off the rails stupid and delusional. I was messing with my hub cap while he was overcharging me for propane (notice how you never get to see how much was actually put into your tank) and he told me that meant my WHEEL was about to fall off. I asked him if he knew what a hub cap is for and he just kept ranting about how my wheel was going to fall off. So, if someone is THAT stupid (no, my wheel will not go flying through the air if the hub cap comes loose) do you really expect him to know what he's talking about otherwise? I don't. Nuts. Tried him three times - I'm done.

Honest and old school. Obey the rules and leave your phone in the car and you will have a great experience!

Tried today. Business closed owners retired. Sign on front door to office. They also updated the street sign saying thank you.
