Wonderful place! All staff were absolutely willing to work with the situation - my daughter's 2008 Chevy Cobalt vehicle had issues - check engine light was on and it wouldn't go over 20 mph. My daughter was out of town visiting a college friend for the day - 3 1/2 hrs away from home. The car was towed to the dealership parking lot from the previous evening and the dealership staff were so very patient and kind in working with us! They were very accommodating! It ended up being a throttle issue due to grounds being corroded. Their service was tremendously appreciated!!! Thank you! Merry Christmas to all the great staff!
I have never had a flawless and pleasant experience at any dealership I've associated with than here. Brandi was very courteous and well versed in her craft. Went beyond the call of duty to make it seamless; Followed it through from the beginning to the very end. Mary in finance had all the paperwork prepared for me to sign without any hitches when I arrived. It was a 2 hour drive and I'll tell you what, it was well worth it. Make the effort to purchase your next vehicle from there and specifically ask for Brandi and Mary.
