Hawx has been great to work with for several reasons. The biggest reason is Jordan (the manager there) helped us out with a tough case of bed bugs at one of our properties. He was professional, on time and very detailed in both his work and communications back to me throughout the process. The cost was very fair and they have eliminated those little pests! We also utilize Hawx for their quarterly services and they are great at staying in touch/servicing their clients.

Super dishonest company. I agree with the other reviews. When you're there, they do a great job. If you're not, they spend less than 5 minutes, don't even do the sides and back, then they send you a bill for 120 bucks. No thanks, go to cancel, 180 charge to break contract. Whatever, worth it not to have to clean up after them. Yep, they left a dirty rubber glove, and an oil stain in my driveway. Stay very far away. Go with Rottler, much more professional. If anyone would like to see the 5 mins of work 120 get you lmk, have it all on video. Also they're going door to door soliciting during a pandemic, without a mask. Definitely can not get a soliciting license right now, but hey, why would a dishonest company care about that?

Have always had a great experience with Hawx pest control. I have had them for about 1.5 years and I must say the product and service really works. All the employees who come out to inspect and treat are very professional and very informed. Brandon H came out to treat for ants today and was able to locate the colony and treated all areas to prevent them from getting into my home. He even recommended a more effective treatment than just the spray. Hoping this does the trick.

I use their quarterly service. Prices are reasonable. Never had a bug issue since. Brandon did a great job and he was very friendly on top of it.

by far the worst experiences I have ever had paying a company to do work at my house. all 3 times they have been out it has been horrible!!! I called and asked them to cancel my contract and they wanted to charge me 200 and I will not pay that because I have 2 services left in my contract and that only totals 178. They then proceeded to cancel my contract and charge me 200 and when I called back they told me they can only refund 100 and use the other 100 as a credit and when I asked to speak to a manager she told me\ what I just said was from my manager so you don't need to speak to him\ then hung up on me. THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!
