At pyrotec they are truly the best, very professional job! I tell you what if there’s one positive thing that happend during this pandemic was having them do the honor installing my fire suppression! Timothy Communicated with me and was very understanding through the whole process, walked me step-by-step on everything that was going to be performed. Once they got me in they got the work done really quick. I was good to go within a couple hours and left it looking on point! overall best rate around! Staff was very friendly any question that I had they got back to me as soon as possible and checked up on me to make sure everything was going well. I called Pyrotech when I found out that the fire marshal needed to inspect my new bar (Four Strings in Soulard) before it could open. We only had two days until the inspection, but Pyrotech was able to send a technician the next day. The tech serviced the extinguishers and kitchen suppression system promptly, so we were ready for our inspection the following day. Professional, competent, with reasonable pricing. Would definitely recommend.
A very interesting and complicated situation arose with completion dates and times but Pyrotech with Tim and his service reps were very patient and understanding and went above and beyond with the local fire district. The Boles Fire Marshal was quite impressed with their professionalism. I've known about Pyrotech for many years and would recommend them to everyone even if only for a quote.
