This is sooooooooooooooooo heartbreaking!!! My child is a 2020 graduate who was only looking forward to one thing and that was her senior pics! I have contacted this company SO many times in actually exhausted and will be forced to pay a outside company to capture her cal and gown photos. How do these people sleep at night? This is horrible!!!! Now their number is disconnected so I guess we are just screwed! So sad....

I never received my child's school photos even after paying an additional fee to have them mailed. I contacted Don via email every few weeks and it has now been months - still no photos. He has avoided any responsibility even saying things like, and I quote, \we did our part.\ Don, as a customer I'd have to say your part is to provide a product, which we have yet to receive so you certainly have not done your part. If I could give zero stars I would, and I will ensure the school is aware of the situation and will also be filing a complaint with the bbb.
This company was the worst company I ever dealt with for school pictures. I was already annoyed by prices being inflated for students. Please don’t waste your money.
I was there for a job interview with the company. The owner was very receptive and pleasant.
