I am a real estate agent and property manager and have worked with Blue Ribbon for over 10 years. Bob and his crew are extremely responsive, have been willing to work with the timeline needed, and have always done an excellent job. I not only continue to use them on all of my properties, but also do not hesitate to recommend them to my clients knowing they will be taken great care of.
Guy asked to postpone 8-9 o’clock appointment to 10-11. Then showed up at 12. Spent 2 hrs doing the upholstery at my house. And charged me 420.00. I realize that cleaning cat urine can be difficult, but I expected to at least be able to smell a difference and to then be able to treat the furniture with deodorizer and baking soda to keep it under control. When I called Bob, who I assume is the owner. He said there was no warranty on pet odors. I can’t believe I paid 420for basically nothing. I’ll never use them again, and I recommend steering clear of them as well.
