Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable.i would definitely recommend coming here if you are looking at getting a home.
They sell both modular and mobile homes here. It was nice having a number of models that we could go inside and view and talk over the different options that were available with the employee that escorted us. While modular homes aren't for everyone, they are built much better than in years past and with 6 inch exterior walls they are very energy efficient. The cost per square foot seems pretty reasonable for those that are on a budget and looking for a new home.
Do not make the same mistake we did, pay in full before the home is complete. The Customer Service and the communications are horrible with this company. ALthough Del is very nice, he does not do what he says he will do and their set up people are horrific. They leave houses incomplete and just walk away once paid. There are plenty of Manufactured Home sales outfits and We highly recommend that if you are in the market, do not buy from Deltrays.
