I was not happy with the treatment I received from the registration team. This was on multiple occasions. While Dr. Nayak is very knowledgeable, her staff is sub-par. I did leave and now I am at much better facility.

Eh. Staff was friendly, the wait was not long, but the experience wasn't a good one. For the brief time the doctor was speaking to me, a lot of it was filler words. A good amount of my symptoms went unaddressed. Being young and in outwardly good physical shape, it's hard to get people (especially doctors) to take me seriously. This was no exception. I felt very dismissed during the visit. Then, the doctor said she had to step out for a moment for a referral, that she would be right back. Few minutes go by, the nurse practitioner comes in. Says we will call you with the information, she wants to see you in three months. The doctor never asked me if I had any questions or made any implication the visit was over, no goodbye, no plan. Very sour taste in my mouth from this experience.

I really like Dr. Nayak. She has always been knowledgeable, compassionate and professional. She takes the time to listen and is sincerely interested in my well being. I would recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Nayak is very understanding and thorough. She makes you feel like she really cares about you and wants to do all she can to help you.

Dr. Nayak has been nothing but professional and courteous to me. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and explains in detail a plan of action to treat the illness. She doesn't believe in throwing pain medication at the problem, but finding out how to stop the progression and the cause of the problem. That was the first two years as her patient. I am no longer with Nayak. She prescribed a medication that caused me to black-out and refused to provide something different. Her suggestion was for me to see my PC for fibromyalgia and she would treat me for the RA. Problem with that, a Rheumatologist has to prescribe the medication for both illnesses, and you can only see one Rheumatologist at a time. Therefore, I am no longer interested in seeing her or anyone associated with her practice.

Rude receptionist, lied to me on the phone about how long the appointment would take just so I would come in. I waited 1 1/2 hours and had to leave never seeing a doctor. Not even an apology. Avoid making this mistake and find a doctor's office that cares.
