I bought a wood burning fireplace insert about 4 years ago. They were the only ones open on new years day when I went out to buy one. The price was great, the install was right on schedule, and up until I needed a service, meaning more then a routine serve. They told me they do not service the wood burning insert. There was no offer to help me determine what part to order, no offer to assist in any way, JUST THAT THEY DO NOT SERVICE WOOD BURNING INSERTS!!! After a bit of investigation, I determined it is most likely the rheostat. I can get that from Ebay. I gave them a nice chunk of change, the least they could have done was to offer some assistance on ordering parts.

I have worked with Olympia Fireplace on several occasions. Each time they were very knowledgeable and helped me determine the issue on my Quadadire pellet stove. We purchased the stove before we knew about Olympia Fireplace. I have never recieved a wrong part and they are always highly competitive. I would recommend them to everyone

The installation teams are very good, but beware the fact that the sales team will LIE to your face and say whatever it takes to get you to buy. I was told when I purchased that the maintenance crews had rails to support my stove while it is being cleaned. The maintenance crews are nice but DO NOT carry the proper equipment. In fact, I was informed by the head of maintenance that they 'have NEVER stocked rail kits because 'it's too expensive,' so I will not be using them again as I refuse to risk my 6k stove being broken because they tilt a solid cast iron beast forward on its glass during cleaning instead of using the proper rail system.

Good people. Knowledgable.. have no spas in stock or in showroom, weird i think. Lots of gas stoves and awesome bbqs
