Very bad unsafe location. Homeless people are tweaking everywhere down there even during the day because the police don't care. Nice staff though. Payphones didn't work.

Greyhound bus station has nothing to do with buses. Passengers are NOT dropped there and you CANNOT board a bus there. Go figure
Nasty place felt uncomfortable where my friend was left off.
Unfortunately, as with most Greyhound bus stations I have been exposed to in more recent years (10), this one is no better. Greyhound is to be commended for having done a great deal to keep their fare down to an affordable level for the below average or lower income traveler. (Myself included). What i feel may be missing is the \personal pride\ aspect from station attendants. AND a boost of support from the local police agencies would go a long way.
Small and kind of sketchy looking. Waited in the car for much of the time before my bus arrived. The clerk inside was very friendly however and I appreciated her company as I waited!
