I needed a Covid test stat and this was the quickest place I could get in today. I was very happy with Indigo staff and how pleasant they were. The front office staff were very courteous, the testing staff was very nice and I really enjoyed speaking with the doctor after my test. I would totally come here again!

Holly at the front desk was very informative and helpful. I had to wait a bit but they gave me the option to wait in my car which was nice. I met an awesome X-Ray tech/MA Mike was his name. He was very thorough with my care and kind. Patty was an amazing nurse provider that treated me today. I definitely recommend this location.

Wow. What a great and convenient location for this new MulitCare family of medical center urgent Care clinic. Brand new and located so close on Cooper Point. And near a Starbucks Great and friendly staff.

Y'all were rockstars. Made me feel welcome, safe, and well cared for. Listened to my needs and concerns and were enthusiastic in helping me create a treatment plan that could be financially efficient. I have never, not even for routine care, had a visit go this smoothly. Patricia was warm, informative, and exceptionally helpful. You can tell Jordan loves her job and coworkers, and hearing her laugh and smile with them created an calming environment where I didn’t feel a shred of anxiety at all. Michael was professional and funny, and was excellent at soothing my initial embarrassment I felt over my condition I was being seen for. 11/10, A, could not recommend this location enough!

The staff in clinic are wonderful. They listen and search for the root cause of an issue. As a chronically ill, disabled person, I often have trouble getting across to many clinics how it affects my health. Trying to explain a chronic knee ailment to an ER doctor once got me kicked out despite me citing my own diagnosis and explaining it had happened before- not an uncommon experience. However, Indigo staff at this location have routinely hold my diagnoses in mind while evaluating other issues I come in for in a complete and holistic approach. Multi care however is a nasty corporate healthcare provider that takes advantage of their employees. I support them every time they strike and you should too. All the power in the world to the wonderful individuals at the clinic.
