The faculty is very immature and unprofessional. The person that was supposed to do my intake was 30 minutes late to an appointment that was scheduled a week in advance, instead of owning up and apologizing they made excuses. The staff lied to me several times about what they were going to recommend, and weren't up front about any of their policies or recommendations. I've was told by the \program manager\ that they don't care about treatment, they care about their policies. They kept threatening me with discharge when I was following their recommendations despite the fact that they seem to have been drawn up by a lazy yuppie with no actual connection to the people they claim to help. They require you to go AA meetings because they are failures as far as treatment goes and cannot actually help anything but their bank accounts. They're more interested in arguing and picking petty fights than they are helping anyone. I followed all of my recommendations and was almost done. They discharged me because I told my councilor she needed to see a therapist when she was yelling at me because I didn't want to argue with her about an answer I gave on a packet, but move on to the next question. If you have the option to go elsewhere, do it. Because these people are manipulative greedy, lying, sadistic louts and are just there to get a check and go home. They don't give a damn about people that need help and frankly I'm lucky that I don't because they would've sent me over the edge. Disgraceful.

Trash communication, they will fill your spot if your a couple minutes late. Not a fan of the staff either.
In 2004 I was sent to NW Resources. I was a young pissed off kid. The staff managed to help me fix my perspective and become a respectable and helpful member of society. 11 1/2 years later looking back I have built a life worth living thanks to the tools they gave me.
N W resources and the counselors there have helped to give me the tools to change my life, from the time i walked in the door until i finished the program. Dennis and his counselors taught me about the disease of addiction and that i could live life without the use of drugs, no matter what. there where times when i was truly struggling with not only not using but with life in general and they helped walk me through and helped me to learn to accept life, after finishing the program i have always been able to continue to utilize them for resources and i have recommended and will continue to recommend this facility. This business truly cares about giving chemically dependent people the opportunity to change and the tools necessary to do it and i've been clean for 13 yrs
