This Port and its Histort show a long track of avoidance of important Enviromental policies. They tout Enviromental Stewardship, yet, in watching and participating in their commission meetings. One gets the impression of avoidance, and a Reluctance to change. Recently fined by a US District Court after a long saga of failures in the Stormwater Treatment process, they are now concerned about financial stability. If this Port is Going to weather the times they need to abandon the Old Ways, and become Transparent to the Community. Only then, will they begin to regain trust from the Community.
