Just had my 100,000 mile service done at RJM who has been servicing my cars sine 37,000mi. What I like about Robert (the owner) is he evaluates YOUR car. This attention to detail has kept my car running smoothly and allowed me to feel safe driving my 2002 car on long road trips. I appreciate his honesty, lower prices than through the dealer, and peace of mind his thorough approach affords me.

I visited for the first time in January 2021 and was blown away by unbelievably excellent customer service, affordable prices, and fast service. Based on great online reviews, I called to see about getting four new tires, an alignment, a tune-up, and an A/C recharge and they were able to get me in next day (although I opted for a few days out). I did have to leave a message when I called, but they called back within a half hour and spent a lot of time helping me choose tires and giving me multiple quotes for different combinations of services and tires. I was expecting to have to pick and choose what I could afford to get done, but was able to get everything done under budget. I dropped my car off a little after 8 am and all of the work was done early the same afternoon. They even laughed at my lame jokes, which made me happy (we all need a little laugh these days). They've definitely won a new loyal customer and I'll be scheduling more work soon. Thank you RJM, for making my life easier!

First time using this shop. They were very friendly and professional. Got my car fixed and done right and it didn't cost fortune. Also a plus I wasn't talked at. I know this is a problem for many women taking their cars to a shop. I did not have this issue there. Highly recommend. They are a busy shop however so plan on dropping off for bigger jobs.
