Superb builder...excellent reputation is deserved. Obviously integrity and service is the norm...very good construction...we are happy homeowners for over a year now.

This review is based on our experience with Becky G. at Rob Rice Homes. We purchased a home from Rob Rice that had Whirlpool products from McKinney’s. When we needed a repair on our range hood that was under warranty, Whirlpool was not proactive in resolving the issue. Whirlpool is in contract with another local Whirlpool retailer (which I will not disclose/bash) for products under warranty; however, this retailer and Whirlpool never bothered to follow up with us. I made multiple attempts and spent hours on the phone over the course of nine months. We brought this issue up with Becky from Rob Rice Homes and they reached out to McKinney’s. McKinney’s came out within a reasonable time frame and resolved the issue. We are coming up on our one year repairs and I will have another update. Thank you once again Becky.

Rob Rice homes are high quality especially in their price range. I’ve owned a Rob Rice home for ten years and I love my home. I haven’t had any major problems. I can tell that special care was taken when designing and building my home. I highly recommend them.

Nice floor plans but mediocre carpet and cookie cutter fixtures. Construction quality is fine. CCRs are finally being enforced but the neighborhood (about 6 years old) has many many renters that don’t seem to care about the property they rent.
