I needed a drinking water sample tested so I had my wife pickup a sample bottle and attached instructions at this location. The next morning, per the instructions I received with my bottle, I conducted the collection and showed up promptly at 0800 ( the beginning of the turn-in window listed on the instructions). When I arrived, a note was tagged to the door indicating COVID hours were from 12:00 to 4:00. I rang the delivery button and a few moments later an employee came to the door. An older woman, her first words were “we’re not open.” I explained to her that the sheet her office had given me said they took samples from 8-1, which would leave a 1 hour window in the middle of my work day to submit. The exchange was brief, but she was rude and condescending the entire time. She literally just needed to grab a small bottle and a sheet of paper, but couldn’t muster enough human decency to do that politely. The parking lot is full of employee vehicles, so I’m not sure why they have such limited hours, and this particular employee made my experience singularly awful. Two stars because I think the water quality testing service is probably a good value and a positive for the community, but Thurston county needs to relook it’s customer service. I hope you read this, grumpy lady at the delivery door. Thanks for being terrible.

I was in need of a Certified Death form and staff caked to let me know when I could return for pick up!

Needed to my sons Birth certificate, went in there filled out the application and she printed it right away. Easy process. I recommend pay cash cause it's just a straight 20. If you pay card they charge fees.

They dump their responsibility for health care to other counties. Web site is a joke (bad joke). Not friendly or open to you asking questions. Not helpful at all

Lied to us and messed up my daughter's birth certificate... don't believe anything that comes from a government workers mouth!
