They literally hungup the phone midcall. It wasn't dropped, the lady just basically told me to go online instead and then just hungup...most people say goodbye first ffs. Great customer service,b#tch

It works better if ya' make an appointment, and they even give ya' that option IF ya' go in PERSON to DO IT! But I can't find that option via telephone or website! I guess it just ain' on th' MENU.

The people you talk to at the windows are great, but pray you never have to try to get ahold of your claims processor, no one ever answers their phones or calls you back if you leave a message, you'll get the runaround for weeks upon weeks till you give up.
