Even though I'm not a fan of working with Comcast/Xfinity, this store is great. All of the staff I have worked with are friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. The store looks like it recently was remodeled, as it has a very modern-sleek look to it. I come in when I have an issue and usually leave feeling better than when I entered.

Very patient staff who have to deal with self entitled rude people with no clue how hard these people's jobs are. Give them a break when you come in here and act like your parents raised you right. Very comfortable store when compared to their old location, comfortable seating, and even though the wait might look long they do get you through very fast.

Often busy and long wait. Turned in box recently. They said since I owned cable and router I could keep my wifi on until I moved the next day that they'd set shut off date for next day, but then when hubby gave me the box they shut us down. So after stressing over packing and cleaning I didn't get to watch my show.. sad.

This is NOT a review of the physical location. This is a review of the 800 number provided on this Google search. I have had to call this number several times over the last several weeks in order to assist my client with his phone/cable service. It is near freaking impossible to get a live person on the phone to discuss issues. I’ve tried every possible automated number selection to reach a PERSON to no avail. I consider myself to be a level headed, patient and logical person but this continues to be beyond frustrating. Step it up Comcast and staff live people. Make it easier for folks who actually WANT to engage with a person and not a computer. We still exist.

This store did a great job at making things feel very personal. As soon as we walked in we were greeted, checked in swiftly, and politely directed to sit down amongst a row of couches and wait for someone to come to us. It really felt as though I was sitting in a friend's living room and they asked me to wait a few minutes while they finish getting ready. Hah! When the employee came over to greet us, he introduced himself and made seemingly genuine small talk before asking what brought us into the store. He helped us in a very timely manner whilst simultaneously gabbing with us about life and treating us as though we were close friends. We finished up our task and were soon on our way out the door new motem in hand and smiles on our faces. Very pleasant experience, and that is extremely surprising but in the best way. The whole experience from starting my service over the phone (20 minutes), picking up my equipment(5-10 minutes), and finally my self install (20 minutes) was so easy, stress free, and fast. Very pleased with my interaction with this company and store.
