I rode in from out of town and popped in in hopes of getting a question answered regarding my navigation screen. The moment I rode up, I was greeted by friendly staff and event riders. I had a very positive interaction with the service department and I met the owner (John) as I was leaving. My experience was fantastic. Everyone was beyond helpful.
