Used their services for about 2 years. Their product is good BUT the price kept jumping up well over the agreed upon annual % increase without notice. (Inv Care) went from 8.00 to 18.24 overnight. I complained several times before they corrected it but NO REFUND. Drivers were all good. MAIN ISSUE. My last service date was July 5, 2018, they picked up their product along with my LOGO 3x5 mat. On July 12th, they came to pick up all their product but did not have my logo mat (which I purchased from them). I've emailed my rep (which I've NEVER met) but he never responded... I've called the office 3 times BUT STILL NO LOGO MAT. Not a happy camper.

Honestly these guys are the worst in towel service industry. I would give 0 star rating but google isnt letting me. Our delivery guy never delivers the way we want. which is by contract, is bringing inside and having the invocied signed by my employees. They always leaving the product outside even when it rains thus paper products and towels not being useable. Then the bill jump about 30 dollars extra on top per week without notice in a short span of 3 weeks. the account managers are never ever there to talk to when stuff is not satisfactory or even to cancel our services. Seriously these guys dont have their stuff together and basically rob you of time and money. Your are honestly better off buying towels and paper products, mats and mops on your own and cleaning and replacing them as needed it is cheaper in the long run if you are a small business.

We received product that was dirty and contaminated by rodent/human hairs. Their staff is impossible to work with and are nasty and disrespectful to our staff.
