I really like my therapist but the front desk ladies/people that answer the phone have terrible people skills and need some training on how to be muuuch nicer. I make sure I'm not rude to people over the phone because I know what it's like to be on the receiving end and I definitely have hung up more than a few times with the front desk/phone people feeling like I totally inconvenienced whoever I was speaking to. Gives me so much anxiety when I go to call in.

The counseling sessions were alright. I had something come up and couldn't make it one week and called the day before my appointment to reschedule. There's a 50 cancellation fee if you cancel within 24 hours (they send a reminder, but it's less than 24 hours before your appointment). I called and was told only the provider could remove cancellation fees. So I left a message for him but never heard back. In the end I just called back and paid it. It's just 50 and I get that it's their policy, but it just seems unnecessarily rigid. Especially if you've never missed a session and called the day before. Sometimes something just comes up. UPDATE: As they were able to remove the late fee I have updated my review to only reflect the counseling sessions. To add a little more detail, one counselor and I just didn't click, but Terry was very helpful. He helped me get the motivation to find a new job.

I tried to make an appointment today to see one of the counselors that I saw around 10 years ago. Apparently because I missed 2 appointments (no call) in 2009 (10 years ago) - I am now banned from counseling services here. I am pretty sure I also paid a cancel fee back then as I missed them. Again - this was 10 years ago!!!! Glad I can rely on this company to provide service when needed. Very disappointed. I will be happy to give my money to someone else!

if zero stars was an option i would’ve selected that, unlike the other reviews saying the front desk ladies were nice is completely untrue. glad you “love your front staff” but as you can see by reviews they obviously aren’t very good. first time trying to see a therapist and nobody there was any help at all. i would NOT recommend this place. UPDATE: so after the therapist tells me she can do nothing for me and tells me to leave i have to pay another 100? so i wasted 150 for absolutely nothing? also want to add that my insurance paid 150 as well and i still got a bill. will not be changing anything about my review. you can keep commenting on it but i’m letting people know my opinion of this place. freedom of speech.

I wanted to go there for a specific reason and they had wonderful reviews. However, I was turned away from the person that I wanted to see because they are not Medicare eligible. Their policy is to only schedule Medicare patients with Medicare providers. That policy doesn't make any sense, and I tried to explain how to get my secondary insurance to cover the session. It's really sad they make that to be a policy. They could be losing a bunch of potential clients. Not everyone wants to see someone who is Medicare eligible, or can deal with the specific issue at hand. I was hoping I found someone, but I will continue my search now for another provider who can deal with the specific issue.
