I have worked for this company for over five years. After reading some of the other reviews and I am baffled. I have never had any problem with my pay. The company provides a list of paydays at the beginning of the year and has honored those dates every year with no issues. My communication with my supervisor has been excellent. I am expected to preform the duties I was hired for, my supervisors are there to support me and provide me with the necessary tools for success. Working for this company you will earn your pay, but you ARE given all the support needed to be successful.

I've been with Beneficial since August and I think it's great! They're upfront about pay and are really flexible with hours so if you're a student like me it's a great opportunity to get experience in the field. Someone is always available to take your questions too which is a great comfort, and I think Andrea is a great supervisor.

BBHS is a good company! They do a great job balancing the needs of the clients as well as the employees. The management is responsive, easy to work with and fair. They do a good job of handling employee concerns and are supportive and patient with clients. The supervisors do a great job responding to and handling issues that arise.

My experience with Beneficial Behavioral Health Services has been a very good! I did not know what to expect coming into BBHS but I immediately noticed how friendly and helpful everyone was. My trainer was very knowledgeable and patient with me, helping me to understand my position as a visitation specialist. My unique position has allowed me to interact and build relationships with many different families and I have really enjoyed that. I enjoy working with my coworkers and supervisors alike! Management really cares about the staff and it shows! During this pandemic our management team and owners have worked especially hard to provide PPE and make sure everyone is educated on the most updated safety guidelines. They’ve made our safety priority. This is a really great place to work, you’re not just punching the clock....you are actually working with families and changing lives. I would definitely recommend Beneficial Behavioral Health Services and rate them with the highest mark!
