I have had several poor experiences at Bergan, both personally and professionally (I am a CHI employee). They are negligent to the point of being dangerous, especially the ER. I would not take myself or family members there willingly.

It's a flat piece of concrete with a medical cross in the middle and surrounded by a short chain link fence. It's everything a ground level helipad should be. That being said... it isn't as cool as a rooftop helipad. That's why it earned a 3 star meh from me.
Went in for a test. They had me in & out of there with only a short wait. The nurses & other workers were very all very nice
My wife her and has been for over 10 yrs. We live this place
Very consistent with the quality of care that has been unmatched. Always been a comfort knowing that I'm in excellent hands.
