After waiting on hold for over 35 minutes two different times, I went into the store still on hold! I asked to speak to a manager, “Jenna” stated that she was one and what did I need. First I showed her my phone, and how long I’d been on hold. Not apologetic or anything just said that their store doesn’t get the calls and they are routed somewhere else!? I then explained my situation I had with a coupon from Ring and what I needed. Without hesitation she would not except the coupon. So at this point I just asked for a higher up supervisor and she wrote down the customer relations number, that is not even in the United States! And then “Jenna” had the audacity to say “do you want me to put this back for you?” (I brought the item to her that I had questions about.) Excuse me!? Really?! She is a manager, and was being very hostile and rude with that statement! Very unprofessional!

Great customer service, no hassle from store associates, quick and easy purchase. Best price in town for my microwave. Sharp Carousel 2.2 Cu Ft. , sensor microwave oven. I love it. Just the right size for heating or cooking in large, family sized cookware. Price very affordable.

I took my little 72 yr old neighbor to purchase a laptop and the gentleman that assisted us was so courteous, informative and honest it was refreshing. He was very calm and patient with all of her questions and went way out of his way to make sure she fully understood all of her options. I believe the best part was he didn't try to upsell her at all and just offered products from within her parameters. I setup her laptop and transferred her files and information to her new one. Now she is off and running like a little cyber queen! Thank you for a great experience

This location isn't bad..needs improvement. I don't know if it's because of people and social distancing or what. The organization of the store and product availability needs work. Staff was nice and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. With a large electronic store within a mile south of this location, it's time to upgrade the look to the best of your ability.

They had exactly what we were looking for the sales rep was very helpful to us gave us time to look around and make our decision then came back and asked us what we were thinking. And well because of him we bought it very nice guy. Whish I remembered his name.
