We were trying to figure out what was best for my grandma. We called Bloom and Gretchen was so helpful. We could tell right away that she cared about what was best for our family. I highly recommend Bloom Companion Care for anyone who needs it has a loved one who is not quite ready for medical assistance or living facilities, but does need some help or need for companionship. The level of empathy and caring they possess is amazing.

I feel they have the right management team in place to ensure employees and clients needs are matched with the services provided. I have worked with many start-ups and this team is top notch. They are taking companion care to the next level and aren't willing to sacrifice employees or their customer's needs in any way. This is one to work for they get personal with staff needs and wants.
