Would not recommend! They don’t return emails or calls, seek somewhere else. Lutheran family services does a great job of reaching out and responding as does Coeur Group.

The therapist I got claimed to have 30 years of experience. She was useless. They are super expensive and the \experienced therapist\ gave up on me after I pointed out she was remaining completely silent for long portions of our sessions, only speaking to repeat things that have already been said. Literally completely useless sub human cur, and I made more progress MYSELF than any of these creatures could help me achieve. Do not give these people your money, let them go out of business.

I contacted them to get a court-ordered psychological exam. The lady I called the first day said her computer was down, took my info, and said she would call back. I called back the second day, the lady took my information, and stated a psychologist would call me back. On the third day, she called me back telling me I haven't met my deductible for the year, and would have to pay them 1082. I told her they needed psychological exams, and she hung up on me. I called my insurance company. They told me I would NOT have to pay this kind of rate IF the therapist filled out a pre-authorization form, which is clearly NOT in Capstone's business practice. If you advertise you help people with psychological problems, charging them unnecessary rates and hanging up on them after you drop a financial bomb is not the way to do that.

I would encourage anyone to avoid this fraudulent service. We had an in home counselor Sarah for several months that went between both homes. She wouldn't provide any progress reports and when pressed for answers she quit and said she could no longer help us. Then she went on to lie to the child's other home and to the psychologist who recommended her and said she did not quit. I would give this fraud of a company less stars if Google would allow it. Do your self a favor and avoid this company.

This company doesn't have values and morals. They claim that they do but they don't. They like to ambush their employees instead of truly valuing them for growth and listening to them. This organization is NOT diversity friendly at all. Beware if you are any other ethnicity than the mainstream. You will not be treated with dignity or respect.
